Works fine to dim LED bulbs -- if you can get it out of the packaging w/o breaking it!!

I bought 2 of these to replace 25 yo old dimmers, (1) 1-way and (1) 3-way, because I put in LED bulbs. This seems to have cured the flickering caused by the old, non-compatible dimmer on the 3-way circuit. Pretty easy to install. Directions are ok. The almond button is barely distinguishable from the white one, but that too is ok. I gave only 3 stars because I destroyed one of the dimmers getting it out of the packaging. The shaft broke off. There's even a pull tag on the package, but it seemed to do nothing. So off to Ace or Home Depot now, since the old dimmer is also gone.
