The GMAT Official Guide 2020 Bundle (currently $50) receives my firm recommendation because it provides a great source of around 1,700 real GMAT practice questions at a decent price. It contains the following 3 books:
1) The GMAT Official Guide 2020 (currently $30): https://www.amazon.com/GMAT-Official-Guide-2020-Online/dp/1119576067
2) The GMAT Official Guide Quantitative Review 2020 (currently $14): https://www.amazon.com/GMAT-Official-Guide-Quantitative-Review/dp/1119576083
3) The GMAT Official Verbal Quantitative Review 2020 (currently $15): https://www.amazon.com/GMAT-Official-Guide-Verbal-Review/dp/1119576113
It also includes access to an online version of the questions in the 3 books, as well as free access to the GMAT 2020 mobile app. However, since the Official Guide (OG) itself has over 1,000 questions by itself, it is worth asking yourself whether it is worth the extra $20 for access to an additional 600 GMAT questions in print.
This newest edition of the GMAT Official Guide (OG) Bundle is still the gold standard for realistic GMAT practice. For optimal results, use it in combination with other learning and strategy guides. If you think that you need all 3 books at once, then go ahead and buy this bundle to save a few dollars on the individual books: However, keep in mind that many students buy the bundle and end up only having the time to use the Official Guide ($30), which by itself has 1,000 questions (the additional 58 Integrated Reasoning questions are accessible only through the companion website, accessible with a code, due to their multimedia nature).
You might also want to consider purchasing the 2019 edition instead. Everyone always wants the newest edition, but sometimes the price difference can be significant, and the questions on the GMAT haven’t changed at all since 2012, so older editions of the OG are still helpful (though the structure of the test has changed slightly).
I recommend the “blind review” method, where you buy two books: one for taking notes and one for keeping blank so you can re-try questions without bias.
Is this book enough for a full preparation? For most students, the answer is no: although the very best source of practice questions, the GMAT OG Bundle is lacking from a learning and strategy standpoint. In addition, the answer explanations in the books are often convoluted, overly simplistic and/or incomplete. Thus, it is a good idea to use online forums such as GMAT Club (which provide answer explanations to official questions, as well as question classifications and links to similar practice questions), other GMAT strategy books such as “Ace the GMAT: Master the GMAT in 40 Days” by Brandon Royal, and of course plenty of computer-based practice tests to help you decode this complex standardized exam. If you still need more help, then consider a class, an online learning program, and/or a private GMAT tutor.

Best of luck on your GMAT and beyond,

I was reading the very first paragraph and there’s a mistake already. “Nine of out 10”?!

By Jin on May 24, 2019
I was reading the very first paragraph and there’s a mistake already. “Nine of out 10”?!

The problem is downloading of electronic version of the book which is a horror story!
That is true, you will have an access on online questions bank on Wiley but I have never managed to download it on my computer to have offline access as well. Trying to download the ebook wasted my time and destroyed my nerves.
In order to download the books, you have to have a Wiley account in the first place, then Wiley sends you a link of EfficientLearning where you have to download the application in the first place in order to see the ebook on their app, EfficientLearning has its own technical problems and you have to spend a number of days in communication with their technical staff to solve your issue. You need to follow their instructions, then change everything on your computer and connect with Microsoft account in order to install their application on your deices. That is where the new bunch of problems start, Microsoft will not recognize your device and then they will ruin your nerves and wast your time again!
As a result you will waste your time and will not get an ebook!
Cannot you people just send us the PDF version of the book as well?!
The author neglected to include any practice problems regarding integrated reasoning in the paper book and only a very brief chapter (n < 8 pages) on that portion of the test. I have yet to check the online question bank but this was so disappointing that after this many hours of studying I will basically have a large practice gap in that specific section which I struggle to complete whenever I take a practice test online. I hope the publisher will push the author to correct this grievous omission. Even the AWA section has a few practice questions! It is ridiculous to have an official up to date practice guide to a test and then simply omit an entire section of questions. Did I get a misprint?... nope the page numbers do not indicate any missing pages.
Here's my reasoning. An important part of any official test guide is practice problems. Any official test guide should cover all of the sections of the test that are tested. Since practice problems are an important part of any test guide all sections of the test should have practice problems. QED
I want a 1/6th discount on the price I paid since they basically omitted 1/6th of the test on their very own official guide. And whoever it is that reads these things has to calculate that number manually because I've done enough of that sh** already. Peace!

There’s no better resource than OG for practicing questions. Better to stick to OG for that. That’s a lot of practice content to cover along with Free Official starter kit & Practice Exams 1 & 2 from official site.
Beware of fakes or duplicates as those will have substandard quality printing/paper and will come with invalid codes or no codes at all for online access.

FINAL VERDICT
•••••••••••••••••••
▶ If dreaming of GMAT, first resource you must possess is the official guide as it will help you practice real GMAT questions. Go for other questions, unofficial ones, only if you are thorough with OG ones and want to practice more.
▶ Now for the OG bundle, be assured that the other two books in the bundle are the extra resource you get to practice even more of real GMAT questions. If you are sure that you will be able to complete all three, or are not running short of time for preparation, then do get the bundle.
▶ It’s better to get the bundle initially, as compared to getting other two books separately, as bundle is cheaper. Three separate books will cost you approx. Rs 3570 while the bundle will cost approx. Rs 3450. Some or the other day, after you finish main OG, you will look for new set of practice questions.
▶ For students having earlier 2019 edition of OG, getting 2020 edition wont a be significant addition as it will include only 138 new questions across three books and repeat ones from previous editions.
