This book is horribly written. There is no empirical evidence of a food apocalypse. I've read this book and its a load of propaganda for hippies that think they know everything. If it wasn't for GMO technology, we would be starving now. The world population would have even a larger food crisis if it wasn't for GMOs. Buy this book if you want to waste your money. I don't know how the writer even made money off such a biased book.
