Bring your conversation to the coffee machine, colleague, or private room. The Jabra PRO 900 DECT variants give you the wireless freedom to walk and talk at up to 120 metres / 395 ft of range (or up to 100 meters / 330 ft for Bluetooth variants). Lifelike conversations require great, ambient-noise-reducing speakers, and a noise-cancelling microphone that also avoids air shocks. With Jabra Pro 900 you can get both – and choose between a range of mono and duo variants. Jabra Pro 900 is easy to set up and get started with. Each headset comes with a pre-connected charging base so you can make calls straight away. With up to 12 hours of battery time, you’ll never have to worry about running out.

One inconvenience was that I needed to buy a separate $33 part for it to fully work with my Avaya desk phone, which isn't necessary with other competing products that I've seen. I could manually hit the headset button on my desk phone in conjunction with the button on the headset itself and it would work, but that seems like something it should be able to do without a separate unit.
The main reason I ended up returning this was because of the audio quality. For starters, it clips the audio pretty badly at every volume setting, which I can not STAND (google "sound clipping" if you don't know what that is). I tried other channels, though only channels A and G worked. Also, there was a bit of an echo of my voice on both channels as well, which also drives me crazy (not as much as clipping, though). I turned down the mic gain to where I was still audible on the other end, but the echo persisted.
I'm not sure if it's supposed to connect automatically to my smartphone after pairing, but it didn't. Not sure why, but that wasn't a big deal for me since I don't plan on using the BT too often.
The over-the-ear part wasn't the best fit. It is adjustable but still didn't fit nearly as well as my older Plantronics unit which came with 3 sizes of over-the-ear pieces.
The over-the-head part was decently comfortable, though could have used some padding on the non-earpiece side.
Overall, not good enough for me to keep. Sorry!
