I am coming across articles that state that the 'cyanocobalamin' form of B12 (like this product contains) can release small amounts of 'cyanide' molecule when the body converts this form of B12 into the forms it can use (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin).
The cyanide byproduct has to go somewhere in your bodies detoxification system! You do the research for yourselves folks!
Do you really want to take 83,333% of RDV of cyanocobalamin B12 everyday ??
