This is the third pair of these I've owned. The first, which I purchased back in 2013 are still going strong. I have them hooked up to my tablet and use them from time to time for watching TV and Netflix etc. I do have some high-end phones but, to me, these sound great for most purposes.
A friend of mine bought a pair on my recommendation and when I heard he'd bought a more upmarket Bluetooth set I offered to buy them off of him to use in the gym with my phone. The slim design easily fits in my slip pack. Unfortunately, after about a year of use, the left speaker just stopped working all of a sudden. Looking through the reviews here, that doesn't appear to be so uncommon so that might be something to look out for? That said, as long as you buy these from an authorized seller, you may be able to take advantage of a free three year warranty offer from the manufacturer. If not, I'd recommend purchasing a third party three year warranty for about five bucks, just for peace of mind.
So this new set is once again for use with my phone: a ZTE Axon Mini. The cans sound great with that phone's Dolby Atmos setting. I usually use these for about a half hour at a time while I'm on the treadmill. Watching sci-fi, anime or action adventure stuff you really can't fault the sound for forty or so bucks. They are also super light, pair quickly and are easy to use.
The earpads wear out quite quickly but I was able to find a six pack of generic replacements online plus I managed to salvage a nearly new set I'd recently fitted to the pair I had to retire.
I'm not sure how they'd hold up for critical music listening but the sound they produce is big, bold and punchy and they can get pretty loud.
Unlike the previous two pair, this pair has a standard micro-USB charging port which is much more convenient for me though some reviewers have suggested that the previous iteration were more reliable. Only time will tell. They sound just like the previous versions to my ears.
In the world of audio, these are quite an old design but, if like me, you dislike in-ears and don't want to sport a massive pair of speakers clamped to your ears then these are a solid, compact, performer.

Buyer beware of new model! Bad Usb charger

It won't charge! I got my original one wet so reordered and the charger is now Usb and won't charge! No way to contact sellers but it is not original that I loved! Beware! First photo original, next broken! No help no seller! Very disappointed in Amazon. Usually great! 😖
