"OK, so now you get it. Chances are you “Grok” the basics of GRIT (G-R-I-T, Smart vs. Dumb, Good vs. Bad, Strong vs. Weak) plenty well enough to go on to the basics of how to Gauge yours. Nearly a million people worldwide have gained fresh, vital insights from our (PEAK’s) assessments. I trust you too will enjoy the rich benefits and perspective the GRIT Gauge can provide, as your next step."
All it seems that happens in the book is a labeling of very common sense life coaching advice as some form of GRIT. I didn't find this approach helpful at all, and am very disappointed in the book that, for others, was worthy of 5 stars.
