Camp Gourmet Kitchen
Do you want the joy of camping without the inconvenience? Check out the GSI Outdoors Camp Gourmet Kitchen. This portable kitchen has a food prep area as well as a cooking center. Plus it's designed to pack compactly for camping, picnicking, and tailgating. The rugged components and contemporary design include a double sink with a pressurized fresh water faucet and wastewater collection system (universal foot air pump and collapsible fold-a-carriers not included). Two detachable cutting boards can be placed vertically to form a windscreen, or you can lock them onto the sinks to create a storage space for the drain hoses and other accessories. The adjustable legs allow you to level your kitchen on unpredictable surfaces. The wire-rack cooking surface can be attached in six different positions, and another wire-rack shelf can be used for storage under the sink. In addition, there is a wire hanging/drying rack over the sink where you can hang a lantern to light up your gourmet efforts.

As intended it's not that bad Camping as a single mom with 2 kids it was nice to have so they could wash hands before eating without trecking up to the bathrooms with hot food ready to eat. Nice to brush teeth in and wash dishes. I put a deeper basin in one side and boiled water to fill with hot soapy water then used the fawcet it comes with to rinse. It has plenty of storage area as well.
The downside is I lost all the S hooks and I don't know how, and I can't find the right size now. If you put a camp stove and coffee maker on the side table you can't use it as a dish drain. I feel like it really needs a second table for a cooking area and one for a drying & storage area. They do sell additional side table which I would love to get but I can only hope it would still fit neatly in the strap for carrying the way it does and those aren't available through amazon
I get people stopping by my campsite all the time asking about it, Including people wtih small RVs' that have running water.
Like all the other reviewers note, the legs need work. You get 4 metal legs that need to be screwed into 4 metal legs attached to the table. The method of attachment is a plastic male threaded plug attached to one leg and a plastic female plug attached to the other. The caps are pretty loose and the connection is not very solid. I'll try the PVC like another reviewer suggested but a metal to metal connection would really be nice. I might even weld a nut into one leg and a bolt into the other so I can screw them together nice and tight, but then I need to repaint the legs.
The connections on all the hoses are terrible. They are basically slip connections that will wear out over time or just pop off. The thin drain hose to the drain fitting is really poor. I am going to replace pretty much every connection over time.
They should make the sinks an inch or two deeper. It would only add a little weight but would really help. Would give you more storage area for hoses and pumps too.
Lastly, the amazon recommended air pump comes with a bunch of adapters to fit things, but none fit this product. I needed to tape it on and it will constantly pop off. I am going to return the pump and make the water supply gravity fed using a solar shower bag i think.
I still give it 3 stars as you can fix all the problems yourself but for the price, you should not have too.
In terms of durability, the lower metal rack had a few joints that came apart. Nothing I can't fix with duct tape when needed. I liked the idea of the PVC pipe for extra stability but just haven't done it yet. Our last trip was with 6 adults and 10 children. We had a stove on the upper wire side and everyone used the set-up. We had no issues with it, even though it got a ton of use. Before that, I took 20 Jr. High kids camping. I also like the fact that everything is at the same level, we use it long-way as it gives more useable space. Given all the reviews, I was hesitant to purchase. I don't regret the purchase at all or the extra effort I put into the mods. I would definitely purchase again!
