Variations on thieves, con-artists, bank robbers, swindlers and other disreputable types (no lawyers or politicians as such, but there are easy ways to quickly adapt a couple of the archetypes) for GURPS. Like the other books that SJG put out for the game (such as the Wizards or Warriors books) it has a goodly collection of character lenses (classes, if you play that other more restrictive game). There are core skills, the physical and mental traits to make it work, and suggested secondary skills. Even if you never make a PC from the templates here, it makes life as a GM a heck of a lot simpler to generate well-rounded NPC's on the fly.
