Saw this a local brick and mortar and wanted to give it a try, but not at the price they wanted for it. So purchased it from Amazon and so glad that I did. This is a great tasting product that helps to soothe and relax, while giving your digestive tract some needed ingredients for the body. Where has this been all my life? I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for that little milk additive at night before going to sleep. The first time I tried it, I slept more peaceful than I had in a long while. I used it like the directions stated prior to bedtime. Also tried it during the day and felt so relaxed, that this will be a go to from now on.

Jar arrived half-empty and unsealed. Seller unhelpful in return. Don't buy from Ideal Pharma.

I received this product with the jar half-empty and completely unsealed. The surrounding plastic had already been shimmied off and then re-screwed into place. I was not only completely dismayed but fearful about trying a previously opened food product. I travel a lot for work and so didn't return it right away. When I finally got back from my travels in the new year, I contacted Amazon and got an immediate helpful response, but this is what Ideal Pharmacy had to say:

"We only ship NEW, UNUSED product. We never had this issue or problem addressed to us before. Our amazon return policy is within 1 month of customer receiving a product.However, as a good gesture, we will make an exception and authorize the return with a 25% resctocking fee.
Buyer has to return the produt at his or her own expense. The original cost of shipping will not be refundable."

Then I looked online and saw that MANY reviewers had experienced exactly the same issue as I had, having bought the product around the same time as I had. Needless to say, Ideal Pharmacy's "offer" makes 0 economic sense to me, given all of the additional effort I'd have to put in to receive $1-2 back and still have NO replacement product.

At $12.99 for 3.7 oz. of product, this is a relatively expensive food item--and reputable brand--for this to happen, not just to me, but to several customers, and then to have Ideal Pharmacy claim that this has "never" been an issue before, borders on the offensive. To be clear, the issue is with Ideal Pharmacy, not Gaia, although Gaia should seriously reconsider Ideal Pharmacy as a reseller. It is interesting to note that not only have they dropped the price by $1 on Amazon but on top of that offered a $1 coupon, since the time I bought the product and other buyers experienced the same issue.

Bottom line: There are many other great options for turmeric milk--also organic, high-quality, and cheaper, from better resellers. I hope this and the other negative reviews lead to better business practices on the part of "Ideal". And I would ask Amazon to seriously reconsider labeling this an "Amazon's Choice" product.

Buyer beware. The packaging is deceptive. Three ounces is about as much as you’d get in the average sized spice bottle. This mix tasted ok but is way overpriced. Make twice as much yourself for half the cost.

This product really has worked for me. As a sufferer of terrific pain at times, I did not really believe that it would be much help, but it has really made life more pleasant for me. I had a lot of stabbing pains in my joints the first time that I used it, and within an hour they were gone. I have also experience having more energy.

To debunk the reviews that say the jar is half full, I emptied the brand new entire jar of powered onto a kitchen scale, it was exactly 3.7 oz which is what is printed on the label. It might look half full but it's no different than a bag of chips, full of air made to look full then you open it and there's like 6 chips lol! It's just the jar size they chose, I like the jar because it's glass and I'll reuse it for some DIY projects when it's empty. Btw the drink is fantastic! Hubby liked it too. I used a milk frother to mix unsweetened vanilla almond milk, with 9 drops of stevia (from Trader Joe's)... Yummm! Try it, so good for you

I've heard about golden milk for awhile now, and waffled between trying to make it myself or just buying it ready-made. After doing some research, and weighing the convenience factor + cost of buying the necessary quality ingredients to make my own, I decided to try Gaia's ready-to-use formula. SO glad that I did! It was packaged well, arrived quickly, and has definitely helped me relax at night -- I mix a teaspoon of the powder into a cup of very warm almond milk and drink shortly before bed. Warming (in a cozy way, NOT hot flashes!), earthy, comforting... I feel nourished and calm after drinking it. Will definitely be buying it again and again!

Great product! I heat up 1 cup of cashew or coconut milk, because it’s creamier than almond milk. Add a teaspoon of stevia to sweeten. Maybe a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice if I’m feelin sassy. It’s healthy and good. Helps me relax and sleep like a baby so I really enjoy drinking right before bed when I’m reading or something.
