This is a great set at a great price for those in the U.S. looking for a cheaper alternative to the $175 set. The only difference is the lack of digital HD. So far, I've tried out the first two discs of season 1, and they both played flawlessly on my cheap Sanyo Blu-Ray player. The outer and inner cases were in perfect shape. I haven't had a chance to check out all the different features included on each disc, but I'm really excited about being able to watch the episodes with commentary. There's also the option to watch with an on-screen guide that you can use to get information about the characters in a scene, etc. I questioned whether I should just get the DVD set instead of Blu-Ray to save some money, but Blu-Ray is definitely worth the extra money!If you're a GoT fan, and you're on the fence about ordering like I was, just do it! It's the best $100 I've spent in a long time!

This is an incredible series and has some very imaginative twists and turns in the storylines. I have put off watching it until recently when I thought I would give it a go as it has been running for seven years so there must be something good about it! It is very addictive and I have watched a season a week so far!
I have a question for any others who have purchased this Blu Ray box set. When I got to season 4, I opened up the case to find no paper episode guide as there is in seasons 1,2 and 3. I checked seasons 5 and 6 and yep, no episode guide in those either. I have added pics to show what I'm on about. My question is are they missing, or do they simply not exist?
