I am really tired of waiting on this movie on DVD. With the absolute trash that Hollywood dishes out, this movie sounds like a breath of fresh air. Remember Dear Frankie?? No one seemed to know about it until it spread by word of mouth, even though it received very good reviews. I notice that if a movie doesn't get big-time marketing, no one knows about it. I found out that Game of their lives actually played at a movie theater in my Ohio town, but there was no advertising about it. I'm thoroughly disgusted and want the DVD!!
I know how you feel. The movie never came to my town either. I have friends who actually went to the premiere and got to meet some of the actors in the film and were impressed by the film. I hate it when a studio doesn't put faith in a film and doesn't advertise it at all. It's a shame and a waste. There's alot of gems out there and the big studios would rather concentrate on big budget films rather than the smaller independant films. I want the dvd too and think the studio should reconsider their decision in releasing the dvd. There is a market for putting this dvd out there.
