I love this combination of spices (well, Indian food in all forms); however, I've found with this manufacturer, though the flavor is there, the cook needs to use at least several tablespoons to get the flavor desired. This explains the four stars. The only times I've been able to use less is when I've mixed the spices myself. Many thanks though to this manufacturer, as one doesn't always have the time or correct spices on hand.
