18 inch Enameled Steel Paella Pan (46 cm)Serves 5 to 8 people, depending on how thin or thick your layer of rice is (thinner is preferable but gives fewer servings). This pan will fit over two closely spaced standard burners, or sometimes over one and a half burners. Enameled pans offer convenience and value, and they make delicious paella. Made of steel, they're coated with a black and white speckled enamel, so rusting will not be an issue. The enamel also makes them a bit easier to clean, even if you've managed to get a good layer of socarrat (caramelized rice on the bottom of the pan). Lui adora cucinare questa pietanza e volevamo rimpiazzare la nostra vecchia pentola.
Abbiamo deciso di acquistarne una smaltata per evitare di doverla ricoprire d'olio e lasciarla all'aperto una volta pulita.
Questo tipo di pentola può essere semplicemente riposta anche al chiuso quando finito di usarla.
È perfetta per 12-13 porzioni, noi abbiamo usato 1 kg di riso per ottenere il prodotto fotografato.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale, CONSIGLIATA 100%

I know it’s not non stick but didn’t expect to have to soak it for 48 hours to get all the food off so won’t risk that again.
I’ve been cooking paella for years and have never had this problem before
