Paella Perfect

This is a great deal. Order came to my door step within days although the box was tore up there wasn't any damage or pieces missing. Easy to set up and break down. All the fasters are wing nuts and offer more than sufficient securing of the legs. The stand was sturdy. I did use the pure holes to make the legs wider for a better stance. Be careful not to burn food. The burners run hot even on lower settings. I also purchased the adjustable regulator that was suggested and it really helped with finite temp control. Just like cast iron, the steel pan can rust if you don't immediately dry it and season with oil. Follow the instructions and you'll be a happy camper.

I purchased this week and used last night for a large dinner party!! Worked amazing! Have to use it on lowest heat setting for the simmer!! I seasoned the pain as directed prior to use and had great luck with it! I was liberal with the oil in the beginning stages to ensure nothing stuck. I would hands down by this again!! Very easy to assemble, did it by myself. Took 5 minutes. Was a big hit and look forward to wowing crowds again in the future!!!

Quest for Perfect Paella

I am in a quest to make perfect paella. I’m not quite there yet but it’s been a fun experience with this paella cooking station. I had to play around with the flame control to get it just right and not too much/little gas pressure. I did have some trouble with the wind so I recommend a wind shield or cook in the garage like I did (garage doo was open for ventilation). The pan was a great size for a large party. It was sturdy to cook on. I had to be careful and make sure it didn’t slide around. It’s a paella game changer. My only problem was a guest who decided to STIR the paella while it was cooking. Oy vey!

My family and friends are thrilled when I bring it to parties or bust it out at my own home. It is definitely a crowd pleaser and definitely worth the price. Of course, you are not just limited to Paella with this handy, easy to store extra burner... I have made beef dishes, stews, and stir-fries. Get creative and enjoy. It is like cooking over an open fire without the fuss.
When you check this product out you will see that you need to purchase the propane tank and the regulator separately but that is pretty standard and even so the total price is still excellent for the use you will get out of it. If the directions are still sparse when you purchase this product, I recommend YouTubing it. Ok, so originally I gave the Paella Pan, Paella Burner, and Stand Set from Garcima three stars; because it was difficult to figure out how to make it work. The directions were sparse and it took trial and error to learn we had to cover the holes to light the burners. [Don't laugh too hard or at least cut us a little slack, we had never seen one of these things up close before! :) ] There were also minor bumps and bruises on the product ... a slightly damaged handle ... a spot of rust. But once we finally got it going we made some fabulous Paella and we have been making fabulous Paella ever since. I even purchased the second to the largest pan because we love it that much. I received this product and after just one use, the pan is completely rusted on both sides and useless. The stand and burner are great and worked flawless. Maybe pan was defective?

Update - After research, I have found that I did not take care of the pan properly. The company did contact me and not only sent me a replacement, they sent me a bigger one with instructions on how to "Season" the pan and care. I highly recommend this seller and product.
