Great product when used properly with exercise and maintaining a balanced diet. I personally have found great success by cutting out fast starchy carbs like: rice, white bread, most corn-based products, etc. ( I still eat corn tortillas in moderation); I have replaced those with fiber based carbs as well as fruits and vegetables. Green juice is a grocery staple and I drink it daily-I find that the increase of veggies and fruits in my diet has provided more energy, my skin, hair and nails are healthy and I feel great! I can still enjoy a nightly desert because I enjoy sweets-which is why I had a BMI of 30; I've been taking Garcinia Cambogia by Sonora Nutrition for approximately 4 weeks; When I first started taking them I didn't follow the instructions completely, although I still maintained my exercise at least 3 x week from 30 minutes to 1 hour-I've been doing that prior to taking them- I thought I could still maintain my crazy unhealthy diet. As soon as I got serious with changing the way I eat to a more healthy and balanced diet I noticed the difference in the way I look. I'm 46 yrs old and in the past even with a more balanced diet and exercise my body still maintained it's thickness :-) Now I notice the difference, I have more muscle mass, my abdominal area is not as full and I don't feel bloated there they way I used to, my upper body is more lean including the underparts of my arms. I have to attribute this to having taken the GC supplements. My blood sugar levels and blood pressure are all within the norms. I was apprehensive at first taking GC on an empty stomach, however no irritation at all. I'm quite impressed! One last thing, I lost a total of 6 lbs in the last 3 to 4 weeks. Even at the beginning when I continued to eat my sweets I still felt a difference with the decrease of bloating in my abdomen. I 'm not sure about other brands but I would definitely recommend the Sonora Nutrition. I would suggest to maintain a healthy diet with exercise, if you decide to eat something that may not be as healthy just do it with moderation and always balance with eating healthier most of the time. For those of us who're middle-aged and have ate healthier and exercised and still have seen no results, I believe GC is the answer!

In regards to weight loss, this product does not work. I have been on a weight loss plan for about two and a half months losing about a pound a week. Due to a disability, I am limited to in the area of of how much exercise I am able to do. But in a two month period I was able to lose about 8 pounds. All due to eating healthy foods. I was looking for something to help give my weight loss an extra boost. Not much, just little nudge like a extra half pound a week. I was going to try Lipozene, because of the fact my son had used it with success. But decided to look into other products as well. I found a web site that seemed to be lagit in the research of similar weight loss products. This site claimed that Garninia Cambogia was the better of the products. I decided to give it a try and found the product here on Amazon and ordered. I am completely disappointed in this product. After the first week of taking I gained a pound, but decided to give the product more time to work. At the end of the second week of taking this product I had only lost a 4th of a pound. My weight loss was more before starting this product. What I have seen in this product, instead of helping in weight loss instead hinders or reverses it. I know that each person is different and this product might help some. But as for me I see this product as yet another hype in promising weight loss. Like most products that promises the same result under the same conditions ( no diet or exercise required) I think they come up with a supplement to target specific issues like high cholesterol or low energy etc. Yet know that they need to push this product to the consumer: And what better way of doing it then slapping onto the products list of benefits then the promise of weight loss.

The first time I discovered this I worked out 5x a week and also took a Green Coffee Bean Cleanse with it. I lost 25 lbs. If you work out and watch your calories (or eat clean) this WILL help you loose weight. I have also taken this without dieting and barely working out and feel like it helps to not gain weight. It definitely does work best with working out and dieting. I have less time for the gym these days so I am now ordering to experiment with eating right and working out two to three days a week. I will update with the results. I want to loose 10 - 15 lbs for beach season as I live at the coast. I have gained this weight back from being lazy and not working out and eating poorly over the fall and winter. I also find that it helps me to sleep better and definitely helps curb your appetite. I would recommend it.

"This is an excellent product and does exactly what it claims. I've been taking it just over two weeks, feel great, have lost 2lbs. It gives you more energy, so you feel more like getting up and doing things. The only drawback I've found, and not worth deleting a star, is that you have to get into the routine of actually =taking= the capsules. They don't work just by looking at the bottle. ;) "

I wrote that awhile back but it got tangled up in Amazon's reviews and didn't make it here. But it =should= be here. This is a great product! I've been taking Sonora's Garcinia Cambogia Extreme Weight Loss Formula nearly a month now and I'm still very, very happy with it. I've only lost 6lbs total, but that's my fault.. not theirs. If I would do a little more walking and exercising I'm sure I'd see better results. I guess I should add to my first review that it doesn't work just by looking at the bottle -or- by sitting on my rather large fanny and wishing for results.

The increased energy and mood elevation alone are worth the price of the product. Weight loss is a happy extra. I wasn't looking to lose 50lbs overnight when I bought it. I prefer slow and steady over a longer period of time. And that's just what I'm getting.
