This product gives me many nutrients I am missing on a daily basis considering I do not always eat the way I should. I have more energy, since I began taking this product and have even dropped several pounds. I love the fact that this is a natural product that provides many vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to my health. I have used several different brands of Moringa and this one is my first choice. It does help alot with curbing your appetite and giving you energy. I sometimes have to remind myself to eat. They do work so it is worth a try. I excercise 3 days a week and I am down 23 pounds.

I took one bottle....It took the place of the omega 3, CLA and multi vitamins I was taking. I liked that I felt good and did not have to take three different supplements any longer. The price was less than other brands.

I'm getting leery of anything called "superfood" - and there is a lot of chatter about Moringa being super-food. I've been taking it for a while and I don't see anything super about it. Perhaps I'll try another brand but I'm not seeing all the Moringa benefits I've read about (frankly, the same was my experience with Quinoa).
