I don’t usually buy this type of product, but with such a busy schedule I was eating processed crap food all the time and needed a healthy change.
It’s been about 3 weeks now, and my first container is almost gone. Just ordered more.
Taste: I think it tastes pretty good. The vanilla flavor is light, not overly sweet. I’m not a big fan of any sugar substitutes, but the stevia is just the right amount to not get that weird aftertaste. I did mix one batch too strong (not enough liquid and too much powder) had to add more liquid and then it was just fine. It is a bit grainy, but that doesn’t really bother me.
Benefits: Look at the ingredients, lots of healthy stuff in there that I wouldn’t have had the time to shop for much less prep or cook. So yay for vitamins! Also, I’ve lost a bit of weight! Wasn’t really planning for that but it’s a welcomed side benefit.
