Is it supposed to be all stuck together?

I’ve used this product in the past and I think it Works fantastic. Really helps with hot flashes. However the last two bottles I’ve ordered from Amazon have come with the seals slightly broken and the supplement all stuck together at the top of the bottle. I don’t even know if this is safe to take?
