I’ve used this for years for my whole family and even our animals. It seems to be relatively gentle, yet still effective for most everyone. So if I’m going to recommend anything to friends then I often recommend this one. If you have histamine intolerance then I’m not sure, but I think it’s still low on the histamine triggering scale... The only complaint I have is that it has arrived broken twice in the many years that I’ve regularly ordered it through Amazon. It is in a glass bottle instead of plastic and maybe that fact is being overlooked. It’s sad to think of how things get thrown around in shipping, but I guess that’s just the way it is. I will still use this, I’ll just pick out the capsules and put them in a different jar because I don’t want to go thru the hassle of trying to get a replacement. All in all it’s a very good product as far as I can tell. It even worked for an orphaned baby raccoon that I raised for a couple of months... added this to the homemade formula that I made. The baby seemed to thrive!
