Oh and I do want to note that I did check the tag for confirmation that I received the correct model.
Oh and one more thing. The packaging was horrible (a thin floppy box with a single strip of tape), so bad that the case arrived damaged on the outside. That’s bad on whoever the retailer was of course. I’ll have to check that and pass the info along here.

The only issue is that my Cordoba C10 CD/IN won't have a good fit. From length-wise, there's about 3 quarters of an inch gap and the guitar would slide. Some reviewers have mentioned that this case fits like a 'glove', but just not with a Cordoba C10 CD/IN. I'll be returning this case. Despite the fitting issues, everything else looks great.
This is a hard shell case. The case is made of a textured, molded, ABS, plastic. It features aluminum edges, latches and feet. Inside, there is a plush, black, lining and padding at key areas. There is a built-in box under the neck for picks, capos, slides, pedals, strings, tuners, etc. It comes with two keys for the locking latch. The carry handle feels good in your hand and is well placed for good balance. The workmanship is excellent - no issues at all there.
The best level of protection in a guitar case is one where the guitar fits snugly into the case so there is little to no movement possible once the instrument is in the case. Therefore it's hard to buy a case online that you are certain will be an excellent fit for your guitar. I read on another website that this case was hand tested to be a perfect fit for my son's particular guitar. I ordered from Amazon because I know that returns are easy through Amazon in case it didn't fit. Fortunately, the Yamaha FS-TA fits so perfectly, it seems like it was custom made for the guitar. Since my son hauls his guitar around pretty much everywhere he goes, I am pleased to have gotten him such a protective case. He is pleased with how lightweight it is and how well his guitar fits inside.
I can't speak to other guitars but if you have a Yamaha FS-TA, this is probably the best case available for it.
Just bought 2 more of these at $6 a piece less than before still a great deal!

My Seagull S6 Original requires a couple of 14"x14" microfiber towels at the bottom, and another by one of the upper bouts. With the towels it's good to go. I'd def buy another one of these cases.

This has to be great value for money. You can hardly buy a second hand hard case for less than £50. Solid, good hinges and lock - comparable to much higher end cases at about half the price.
I used this for a parlour 12 fret Levin guitar (1948 - 2-3 mm action, all solid model Rio, pre factory move and before the Martin buyout and subsequent ruination of the oldest and strongest European competition... which I just wanted to tell someone who knows what I'm talking about and might appreciate it. It is lost on just about everyone else I bore with that information!!) rather than a 'classical' and the fit was good. I would buy another when needed.

Rated 1 star because it does not fit a classical guitar (unless it is very small).
Having had a Gator hard cases in the past, I was also surprised at how light this unit was. Seems to offer enough protection though.
If I was able to actual fit my "classical guitar" in this "classical guitar case", I would keep it for home use and rate it 4 stars. Very disappointed - expect better from Gator.
UPDATE:
Ordered another one of these cases for my Fender Classical, this time I went for the APX style. It is a very snug fit which I suppose is good. But the quality is not at all what I was expecting from Gator. Whilst the interior is rigid enough, it is much flimsier than previous Gator cases I've had. As well as this, with all clasps shut, the case is not 100% sealed - older cases had 4 clasps but this one only has 3 and I suspect this is the cause of the problem.
All in all, it's fine for storing your guitar safely at home, but there is no way I'd take it on a plane (not that I was planning to). This is inferior to Gator hard cases I purchased in the early 2000s. The quality is simply not what it used to be. And with that being the case (excuse the pun), it is over-priced.
Survived 2 short Europeon flights with the case receiving some very minor scuffs, although I honestly wouldn't like to keep testing it.
Case is not super heavy and feels pretty sturdy. Small compartment on the inside which could out a few things in but not a lot. Its a little bigger all round than a ps4 controller.
My only complaint is the key and lock is a bit weak and fiddly. You do need it as the latches can be knocked whilst being transported.
Overall, great for the money and considering classic guitars are already super light this really isnt a hassle to carry is worth protecting your guitar.
Hope this helps.
