Knox Original Unflavored Gelatine

Knox Gelatine makes unflavored gelatine extremely versatile: it can be used to create desserts, salads, main dishes, jams and jellies, even ice cream and frozen yogurt!
Knox Unflavored Gelatine contains only 5 calories per serving (or 20 calories per envelope) and can easily be used to prepare "lower-in-calorie" recipes.

By The Cup Swivel Measuring Spoons

By The Cup Swivel Measuring Spoons measure 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp,1 tsp & 1 Tablespoon.
All spoons are sized to fit standard spice jars and can quickly be separated.

Cappuccino Gelatin Dessert

Coffee Layer Directions

Place a coffee dripper over a large mug or bowl. Pour boiling water over the beans and make coffee.
Add the sugar and gelatin and mix well.
Once it has cooled, pour mixture into individual glasses.
Arrange Nata De Coco inside each cup and refrigerate.

Milk Layer Directions

In a saucepan, combine ingredients for the milk layer and cook until gelatin has melted.
Cool mixture by placing over a bowl filled with ice.
Whip until airy.
Pour milk mixture over the coffee layer and refrigerate until firm.
Decorate with a sprinkling of instant coffee.

(Coffee Layer) 1/2 cup ground coffee beans
(Coffee Layer) 1/2 cups sugar
(Coffee Layer) 2.25 tsp gelatin (sprinkled on top of 1/4 cup water)

(Milk Layer) 1/2 cup milk
(Milk Layer) 1/4 cup heavy cream, Instant coffee, for garnish
(Milk Layer) 1/4 cup sugar, 1/5 tbsp gelatin (sprinkled on top of 1 cup water),
