The Italian Billionaire's Christmas Bride is a delight. So, what happens when a burned out billionaire fashion designer gets matched with an art therapist? We find out with Max and Issy. Type A Max meets an intense, heart-hardened Issy and the fun begins. Max is so worn out that he can't design well anymore. Issy has been burned too many times in the romance department. There is heat (lots of heat) that gets tamped down most of the time. But I really have trouble putting the book down. I want to see where the story goes next. I enjoyed the twists and turns as they come to terms with the care for each other. I love the setting in Fiji and learned more about the beautiful islands and the people's culture. This is a great start to the series. I really loved it.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Italian Billionaire's Scandalous Marriage. I have a soft spot for this most spectacular country of New Zealand. Alex and Vitali have a connection on their first meeting, but not positive. They come to negotiate over a painting by Alex's dad with plenty of hard sell by both. Their relationship continues with the ups and downs of incomplete communication of many couples. They have plenty of issues. Still, their love grows despite all that is thrown their way. They finally acknowledge the draw and heat between them. I really had trouble putting this book down to do stuff around the house that I needed to do.
Thanks, Mollie, for a great couple of stories. I read these two books separately, but really am glad they now come in a box-set.
