A quality tool that does the job. It works much better than those fold-out wedge deburrers that are built in to pipe cutting tools, and it's a lot handier and faster than using a file or even a power tool to deburr pipe. You just stick it in the pipe, give it a couple of spins, and done.
It comes with two blades -- a 482A for deburring steel, copper, aluminum, and plastic, and a 482B for deburring brass and cast iron.
So which blade is which? I was a little confused by that, since numbers aren't embossed on the blades, and there was no description on the package.
I did a little Internet research -- actually, I just looked at a few pictures -- and found that the blade that comes mounted in the tool is the 482A. It's black and has sort of a ball tip. That's the one for copper, steel, aluminum, and plastic.
The extra one is the 482B. It's silver and triangular along its whole working length. That's the one for brass and cast iron.
I expect this well-built tool will last years.
