Generation Sick is definitely not a casual read, but a meticulously documented, well laid out, eye-opening journey that redefines health and allows you to take the blinders off and truly see. Paradigms are not just shifted; they are shattered. You will learn why the term "healthcare" is anything but, and follow the money to see not only how we got here, but where we are going.
If you are brave enough to want to understand true health and see through the lies we've been told, then I highly recommend this book. Be warned though: once you know the facts, the choices you make may take you down the path less traveled, and you can no longer place the blame of poor choices on ignorance.
