Review

As a Baby Boomer with an organization spanning every age group, Cam's advice to build flexibility, accountability and accessibility into our systems has really helped me keep on course. With fascinating insights and terrific examples, his book delivers everything you need to know about connecting with your employees. -Margaret Kelly, CEO, RE/MAX --Reviewer

Cam Marston insightfully chronicles the sometimes humorous / sometimes perplexing realities of today's multigenerational workplace; and then goes the next step, offering the reader practical steps that every manager can use to improve satisfaction and productivity. -Craig Phillip, CEO, Ingram Barge Company --Reviewer

I firmly believe that a successful business's greatest asset is strong, positive relationships with their customers and team members. Cam's insight into what different generations value is both insightful and helpful in building these relationships. -Peter Foss, Chief Sales Officer, GE --Reviewer

I found this book to be very interesting. I hadn't really thought how my work ethics versus another, younger person's could be explained. As I sat in a meeting today I observed. A young manager was busy working on everything else with her computer, to which I would be frustrated I didn't have her undivided attention, yet now I understand she still was involved in the meeting by asking the right questions. A gen x person was involved but also multi tasking - me, a boomer, sat still and listened intently. Love the book!
