I was able to decipher how this keyboard works using a Arduino Nano board. So the LED wire when grounded changes color of the LED from blue to green. The BEEP wire when grounded makes rather obnoxius sound. The keyboard reads cards as expected and depending on state of 26/34 wire (grounded or not) sends them as Wiegand 26 or 34 bit. But the keys are sent using a very non-standard 4 bit Wiegand code - 0-9 send as expected value 0-9, ESC sends 10 and ENT sends 11. Most of the Wiegand controllers expect 8 bit keyboard protocol, so this keyboard won't work with them. The Arduino Wiegand library also cannot recognize 4 bit keyboard code, I had to tweak it to make it work. But overall this is ONE AMAZING keyboard. Well made, waterproof, it is a steal at this price.
Edit, after a couple of hours of coding, I wrote some cool utility that uses Andruino Nano and this keyboard. It can don the following:
