This clock has a very nice, clear face. It has a loud ticking that I can hear in the room next to it and I wish I had known that. I don't know if there's a way to modify the noise. I really like the look of this clock and it's very light weight, therefore less likely to pull or sag a hanger off the wall.

It keeps good time and it looks nice, but it is loud. The ticking can be heard many rooms away and so I have placed it in a room that is not often occupied. I much prefer my quiet clock. The smaller version of this clock is not as loud. I would not buy this one again. If you do not mind the loud ticking it would probably be okay. Conditionally Recommended.

Would have given five stars but for the fact that it is packaged in tightly fitted plastic over the face and very difficult to remove, risking damaging the unit.

Shortly afterward I checked all the faucets for the drip I thought I heard and realized it was the clock. It does have a fairly loud tick-tock, but it isn't bothersome.

I saw people complaining about it's ticking noise. Well, it's not an issue for me, because there are other things being noisy in my kitchen too, say my refrigerator :) When late at night, it might seem ticking loud, but again, I treat it as a reminder for me to go to bed instead of staying late. So overall I'm not bothered by the ticking noise at all and it's tick sound level is just normal.

In terms of accuracy, so far so good. I have been using for about 3 months now and my rechargeable AA battery has not dies yet. Hopefully it would last long.
