My boyfriend doesn't have a coffee machine and he doesn't want a coffee machine in his house. So I had to have something that I could pack for when I stay there. I gave it the test run at my home a couple of times and I thought it was great. I had a bunch of cheap filters from an old machine that I can't use in my machine. So I put that round filter in. I put two scoops in. Boiled water and slowly poured it into it. It reminds me of when you pull the pot out to pour yourself a cup and it builds up in the top part of your coffee maker. That is exactly what it looks like. The water builds up until it can slowly go down into your mug. I like it so much that I started to do it to use up all the filter I have. I'm not going to use all of them. I would recommend this and anyone could tell you I love my coffee.

It's really easy to clean, light-weighted and portable. It came with a hook, I attached it to my backpack. The dripping speed is slow, I think this product is not made for everyday use, it is better to use it when you are travelling, especially backpacking and camping.

updates： It will better if you buy the coffee paper fliter, instead of his original metal filter.

Dangerous. When I put in the coffee filter and coffee and poured over the boiling water, it collapsed onto my hand, covering it with extremely hot coffee grounds. I hand blisters and peeling skin for weeks. It collapses for travel, but also when used to make coffee. Do not buy.

This is a great idea for a pour over coffee filter, but the filter area is too small to allow the coffee to filter in a timely manner. I really wanted to like this filter. Solved the issue of suction by putting a toothpick under the side, but still doesn't drain enough, quickly. I see other similar type filters of 2 inches.

I see many complain that the filter is too fine and the unit clogs and takes forever to drain. Mine is the opposite. I can see through the filter as if it was coarse screen door mesh. I also notice the video used coarse ground coffee which still probably would drain too fast in my unit. If it were a little bigger, I could use the Aeropress filters. I expected it to be just flimsy, which it is but it's also plagued with other issues.

I got this and try to start using it. It drips WAY WAY too slow. The little metal filter in the bottom does not allow it to drip fast enough.

It should not take 10 minutes to make a cup of coffee.
