This is a pretty good workbook for working through your emotions and feelings regarding food and for making small, permanent changes in your life and in your weight. But it does tend to get overly preachy and is filled with bible verses and references to Jesus, which can be quite annoying if you're not a Christian.

But overall, it's a pretty good and useful book. It accompanies the book Gentle Eating and together they will help you make small, painless changes in your eating and exercise patterns so that you can not only lose the weight but keep it off for life.
