I just bought them for my PC350s and i can say that while they fit perfectly and provide a different feel (which you may or may not prefer over pleather), they alter the sound dramatically, and not in a good way. I would never suggest someone mod their PC350's with these. The headphones that were acoustically designed for a velvety/felt-like earpad sound best with them, and apparently pleather sounds best with pleather earpads. When i had these on, all bass went away and everything sounded high pitched and distanced. It completely ruined the sound. The minute i swapped back on my old pads, everything returned to normal. Theres a reason these arent marketed towards PC350's, they absorb different frequencies of sound and ruin the soundscape - and i mean RUIN it. While this is no fault of the part or the seller, i cannot complain at all about the transaction. I give the part 5 stars because im sure its great on the headphones it was designed for and marketed towards. Prime shipping was on time and excelent as always.

EDIT: 8-6-2014

After doing some research, it turns out that the pleather ear pads the PC350s come with stock are designed to make a seal with your skull. This closed design results in the driver (speaker itself) behaving differently than it would if there wasnt a semi-airtight seal with your head. In other words, by breaking that seal with felt pads, you lose the pressure barrier, and the pressure waves (sound waves) concuss your ear drum at different amplitudes (volume) for the various frequencies (bass, midrange, treble, vocals). I would imagine that people who use a closed muff design with long hair, or hair around the ear prevents them from fully experiencing the sound their muffs can provide.

Just replacement ear pads for my HD595 headphones. They are what they say they are. I will add that replacing these is far easier than one would think. It was just a bit disconcerting to essentially pull off the old ones and push on the new one, but that is pretty much all it takes. They snap on/off, no need to worry about stretching them onto a larger mounting surface like other headphone pads. Just make sure you get a good grip on solid parts to insure you don't break something else while snapping them on/off.

Arrived fast. Came with the inner mesh pieces which I wasn't expecting, only problem was two left inner mesh's. I just reused the existing mesh which was fine. These fit on perfectly along with the cord I recently replaced now have like new headphones. Very happy.

I have an aging pair of HD555 headphones. The headphones have started to crack a bit and the pads were... well, they were gross from having used them often for a few years. From just wearing them on my head, to sweating sometimes during the summer with them on, the pads needed to go. Additionally, I did the HD595 mod to my headphones and accidentally ripped the pads a bit when removing them. It was time for a replacement.

Even though my headphones are definitely getting a bit past their prime at this point, they still sound great and with the new pads, wearing them feels like new again. The fit is perfect and its almost like having brand new headphones.

I will say though, the price is a bit ridiculous for a piece of foam and cloth, but it's really the only option, and considering that my headphones felt new again, totally worth it. I am even considering just buying another set of replacements for when I eventually need them (assuming the rest of the headphones hold up that long).

I've had my hd555's for a while now, and while I was thinking of upgrading, I decided that they still work and I don't use them often enough to justify buying a $200 or $300 pair. so I just bought replacement ear pads. Just like new, still sound great.

I bought these replacement pads for an old pair of Sennheiser HD 518 headphones. The replacement pads are nice and comfortable, but getting the replacement installed was not quite so easy as I'd expected, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

The package doesn't come with any instructions (or link to instructions) for the installation process. That would be OK if there was good documentation online, but the Sennheiser support website is pretty bad (disorganized, poor search functionality, broken links, and limited models covered.)

The main issue I had with installation was that after removing the old pads I couldn't figure out how to snap the new ones in. Turns out that the locking ring from the old pads was still attached to the headphones. Since all of these parts are black plastic it's more or less impossible to see that it's a separate piece, but I was able to pry it out with a pair of tweezers (any thin piece of metal should do). Once that piece popped out it was easy enough to snap the new pad on. Note that the replacement pads already have a locking ring piece in them, so contrary to some advice on the internet you don't need to transfer that piece from the old pads to the new.

Hope that helps someone.
