Available in black, gray or almond, the cargo liner helps you carry all types of items and protect your cargo area carpeting. Tough, easy-to-clean material is embossed with a Toyota logo and features a skid-resistant surface that helps keep items in place. The cargo liner attaches to third-row seatbacks, allowing seats to be adjusted independently.

I have 2 comments that doesn't take away from my 5 stars but worth mentioning.
1) You can tell from the picture that the liner is split 60/40 when it attaches to the back of the 3rd row. This makes sense and works great, but when you have entire 3rd row down there is going to be that little strip of space between the 60/40 split. The sections on either side of the 60/40 are lipped so there's no concern there from liquids, but if you were to say carry a bunch of pine straw, then some will fall into that small exposed area between the liner and dirty or stain the carpet or possibly the seat below. Perhaps they could've designed some kind of foldable "flap" on one side that you can fold over to the other side so that the space would be covered?!?
2) You will notice that on the back of each section of the 60/40 3rd row, you have a long 2 ft strap attached to help you lower and raise the seats. Don't worry, as you can see from the picture, there are 2 small slits for the straps to go through. If you use the original carpeted cargo mat, the back of the end of these straps have a small piece of velcro so that you can attach the straps to the carpeted back of the 3rd row. But now if you use this rubber liner, you don't have any carpet for the straps to stick to so the straps will hang loosely. I really don't mind the straps hanging and I haven't tried but I might cut a small matching square of velcro and glue it to the back of the liner so that the strap can stick to it. The only bad thing about that is now liner will have some velcro on it and it could get damaged as you place materials or slide something on your mat. Maybe perhaps a small ball of reusable sticky glue?!?
Again, these two points are worth mentioning but do not take away from the 5 stars of my review. I still prefer this liner over the original and I see it lasting a long time.
