Geometry wars has come a long way from being just a bonus game from project Gotham City 2. This is by far the best version consisting of tons of different game modes and challenges. If you love the old arcade style stick shooters then you will love this. The Wii motion controls work great and feel great. The game looks like a freaking neon massacre of awesomeness. However the constant visual feedback can be a little disorienting at times. The multi-player modes are fun and the single-player is challenging. Really if you want a good arcade shooters for Wii then get it. This feels like more of an actual video game then a light distraction. Thanks for reading.

This game was surprisingly poor, considering the rave reviews I've seen.

The colorful line-art graphics are trippy, but the controls are just plain painful. In this Wii game, you have to painstakingly point the wiimote at the screen at all times to aim, while flying around with your nunchuck.

Want to use the analog sticks on your Gamecube controller instead? Whoops. Unsupported.

You can perhaps use a classic controller, if you're one of the three people who bought one, I guess.

In addition, the actual gameplay is pretty uninspired. The battle areas are cramped and featureless, the enemy behaviors are extremely simple, and there's really no strategy other than picking your drone's weapon before the battle starts.

I lost interest in about half an hour.

This is a simple yet fun game. I think I paid like $10 for it so it was worth it to me. It's not some epic single player shooter or strategy game, but it also doesn't cost that much either. It's a fun game and my kids enjoy it.

Grab a friend and turn off all the lights because this game is awesome! Its very simple but a huge blast to play. If you remember Asteroid Blasters from the 90s that you could play on Windows, this is the same concept but with color and WAY MORE FUN!!!
