It will most definately not be a dubbed version. OF COURSE IT WILL BE IN GERMAN WITH ENGLISH SUBS. Wether these subs will be removable or not is obviously to early to say. But according to experience they will probably be NOT removable.

Non-dubbed cinemas should be verboten.

The sound of the voices of the featured actors is important, even in a language that is not your first. And have you been possessed by some anal-retentive Germanic spirit - trying to deny subtitled versions to those who might want them??? verboten?? Vielleicht Du sollst verboten sein....

Also noteworthy is the different levels of education - vocabulary and enunciation - the different voice speaking. As in England, so in Germany, that one's speech reflects one's class and background, plus the region one is from, with many dialects. I watched the film with a German speaker, and we both thought the German spoken was very clear and "clean", especially when the Pastor spoke. If you rent the series HEIMAT, from the Hunsruck on the Rhine (near Bingen), you need subtitles because their dialect's so strong! I love languages, and foreign films are a great way to enjoy them without bothersome travel!
