For a whole month after this, I was getting up at 4 in the morning to do my hour of power. Now I do it 3 days a week but I have really kept the spirit of this program with me every minute of the day. It changed my life, and it can change your life too. Tony is such a powerful motivational speaker that he will get in your head and motivate you to seriously achieve your goals TODAY! He is really good at firing people up and getting them excited to make changes in their lives! And that's good, it's really great if you use it and put your effort into it.
I can understand people's complaints about this product though. If you don't "buy into" Tony Robbins, and you don't believe that his words can help you, then he won't be able to help you because you will be too negative to listen to what he's saying and just take it for what it is. I can really understand why people would say that this program lacks details and direction because it seems like he goes from one thing to the next- trying to help you with your health, controlling your emotions, how to be successful, getting the relationship that you've always wanted, and finding fulfillment and joy in your life.
When you realize that the scope of this 7 day program is to try to change your entire life for the better, you will be overwhelmed with how powerful this stuff is.Read more ›
Needless to say, we both started listening to the CD's and they helped us change various areas of our lives. 8 years later, we are self-made millionaires, have achieved success in health, wealth, relationships and we even started our own personal development and seminar training company. It has been life changing and break-through for us. Thank you Tony Robbins for all you have share with us every step of the way!!

(1) Get your rear out of bed early in the morning
(2) Take time to reflect on who you are and who you wish to be
(3) Exercise and eat right (more on this below)
(4) Decide what you really want, and take action immediately and every day to make that work.
He has some neat techniques to help you stay on track and focus without getting bogged-down with too much planning. In my experience in working with people, I find that most either plan too much (and never execute) or they don't plan at all and wander around aimlessly. This program helps you to find the right balance.
I'm not a huge fan of the dietary recommendations, as I don't believe there is good science behind some of the theories (at least none I could find on PubMed, Medscape, or credible medical journals). However, I don't thing the recommendation of eating less meat and lots more vegetables will cause harm to anyone! [What seems to work for me is a diet that consists of lots of green vegetables and salads, some fuits, Fiber One cereal in the morning with skim milk and berries, and a small-portion lean protien source with lunch and dinner meal - preferably fish or one-quarter grilled chicken breast.]

Good morning pick me up for the commute. He's an intense individual if you didn't know but he does have some good insights and is very captivating in his speaking.Published 7 months ago by Dani Murray
There are other reviewers who point out that Tony Robbins is all over the map in his conversation. That didn't bother me so much. Read morePublished 12 months ago by C.B. Stone
