Like so many cook books on Kindle.....a waste of money without illustrations.
Didn't expect chapters about diet, and don't agree with many things recommended. Try to lose weight by eating nuts, and fruits, forget it!
Also, no pictures of the right form for the swing. In this case a picture is worth more than a thousand words of describing it.
The 90 seconds workout seem a random number too.
I also judge the value of this purchase by the fact that I paid Kindle prices for great information which to me is a no brainer. I'd recommend it.
Don makes a good try with written instructions for the swing, but as usual, it better to get someone to show you, and giveyou the basic 10 minute instruction
