On the plus side, the book is structured and if it's your first foray into this genre, you may find it helpful. It has the traditional self-help formula of catchy bullet point action items and tons of real life occurrences. That format is getting a bit old. At first, I thought I had accidentally purchased an older publication as unfortunately, it covers a lot of old ground without adding anything new. Although I agree with the importance of the premise of the book the book, Crucial Conversations covered this topic quite well many years ago. I was also perturbed by the title. Listing Sex first seems both cheesy, intentional, and unnecessary. Leaving only Success in the title would give it more credibility and align better with the content.
