Moving through the other side with a smile...

Jackie writes a brilliant book that is inspiring, uplifting and indeed, provides the "tools" to assist in pro-actively changing the way one thinks about themselves, about life and about human interaction and circumstances. It is not just for the stressed out corporate work force - it applies to anyone and everyone who needs a change in attitude, self love....direction. And of course it is also beneficial to those of us who have had major upheaval(s) in life, uncovering new paths and choices and re-inventing ourselves.
The book itself potent, with lots of information packed into 139 pages. So much so, that I find I re-read information a lot as I "re-boot" my brain and my attitude. This is a must have for those in self recovery, those who need to be uplifted from within....it is all about focusing on YOU. We are all responsible for our own happiness and this is a guide to help open our minds to positive/happy thought processes in an ever challenging world full of various problems and issues. I believe everyone can benefit from this book in some way as you apply it to yourself, your life, your circumstances.... No looking back! :)
