Dr. Darling Hammond provides research based justification for the need for the "right" type of evaluation and a meaningful sample of how to do it right. This is a must read both for teachers and administrators. The content is excellent for professional development and growth in "Getting Teacher Evaluation Right!" This is a must read for teachers who want to improve their craft and administrators who want to help teachers make a difference.
