This book teaches everything you could possibly need to know about toddler sleep training.
Looks like I broke several rules and that's probably why I have dark circles under my eyes! LOL.
I had no idea they had children's clocks that taught them when wake up time is. Very cool!
Every parent needs to be encouraged to establish sleep time routines that will stay with the child throughout their childhood. I was impressed by the idea of doing exercise with the toddler and establishing exercise routines. The idea of letting your toddler see you exercising to encourage him is excellent. I also liked the idea of the relaxing for an hour before actually going to bed.
I highly recommend this entire series
I am happy that I came across this book. A must for every parent and guardian..
There are also sleep issues that we might encounter when getting started with the process, like your child refusing to get in to bed, or separation anxiety. This book has a section that addresses those common issues.
Overall, an awesome book to grab and a great reference for every parent.
This book covers all the bases concerning how to get your toddler to sleep and help them sleep through the night. Also includes great information on how much sleep they need, nutrition, exercise, and more. Highly recommended!
This book is well formatted for the kindle making it a pleasant reading experience.
