I use only this wonderful Ghirardelli cocoa, I can't stand that cheap supermarket stuff. This has a wonderful, rich, complex flavor and aroma. Buying these through Amazon saves me money and time running around to different stores looking for this brand. I use a lot of it, and I save about $12 per case, by buying them here. These are fresher than the ones in my local stores. I throw the whole box of unopened packets in my big freezer and open them as I need them. Cocoa is VERY healthy, with many beneficial phytochemicals, and is a natural inflammatory (I make it with nonfat milk and stevia/sugar blend). Yum, I'm going to have a cup now!

This cocoa powder is still delicious. I was concerned when others discussed how the taste had changed. One review stated that Hershey's Dark Cocoa was preferred. I disagree!! I purchased different cocoa powders to do a comparison. Ghiradelli won out by far. I'm not a fan of the bags they come in. I still had a canister when the switch was made to the bag. I just fill my canister. That's the only reason for the four star instead of five star rating.

Wanted to get away from the Dutch chocolate method so I tried Ghirardelli's what a wonderful supprise. I am an older person (80) and I need something to help me sleep so Cocoa. I had always used one of the Dutch types until I listened to a Dr. Oz show on TV and he recommended the other finishing method and boy am I glad that I heard the show. And of course it is always a pleasant experience tobuy from Amazon.

This is one of the premiere chocolates. After my gall bladder was taken out back in 2008, I got to point where I couldn't eat Hershey's Chocolate. So my mother decided to use Ghiradelli. I can eat this and it is a must since my mom makes a mean Chocolate Pound Cake. I don't want to miss out on that.

This is what powdered cocoa is supposed to be. It is the whole bean in this product (all the natural cocoa butter is there!), so not only does it avoid that funky chemical taste of "commercial" chocolate (think the chocolate powder available in cute brown plastic tubs), this stuff also has the natural richness of the full cocoa bean.
