The book is redundant and elementary in style; It is riddled with mediocrity that would never have made it past an editor if the author was not already rich and famous. Your time and money would be much better invested in reading the books of those interviewed by Pratt - cut out the useless middleman.
I read this quickly but the subject matter is very deep and I anticipate reading it many times in the future. If you buy one book this year- I suggest this be the one.
