While I like the BIOS interface and the simplicity of the board I will list the issues I have had while building my rig and since using in the last month.
1) Board reset my memory back to 1600 after changing to manual XMP 1866 profile.
2) App Center BIOS Windows control does not always seem to sync up with actual BIOS on changes.
3) Not sure if it's my Intel SSD 530 SSD or the UEFI boot configuration with Windows 7 Ultimate but the load times on Windows is terrible with this Motherboard. It is probably a 40 second boot time once the Windows logo appears. Boot times were faster on my old dual Core processor rig with a 5400rpm HDD. I have another machine with a OCZ SSD and Intel board that Boots in 5 to 10 seconds.
4) if you are planning to add an aftermarket CPU water cooler like I did "Corsair H75" then note the radiator block mounting plate will interfere and bump up against a mother board screw on the back side of the board. It still seemed to install properly as the plastic plate was bendable but it still bothered me in thinking it would not seat properly.
These are my main gripes. Knowing what I know now I probably would have gone with the Asus Sabertooth which is originally what I had my eyes on but wanting to cut some cost on the "Motherboard". Next time I will make sure I spend the same percentage on the motherboard as I do with all of my other components. Rig details below

- Looks beautiful
- Mostly smart placement of ports
- Great BIOS, although I haven't bought a decent motherboard in years, so this might be standard
Cons:
- This board really is not crossfire capable. The second PCI-E slot is x4 instead of x16, so you would be wasting your money.
- Screw holes don't seem to be standard. I could only use 6 out of 7 holes, and a good couple inches of the motherboard are unsupported.
Overall, I'm happy with this motherboard, as I have no intention of using crossfire. The screw issues don't even affect the rating, but it might be worth noting for some people. I took off 2 stars because this motherboard is advertised as CrossFireX, which is highly misleading and could lead to people wasting money if they aren't aware that the second slot is x4.
Besides that, the board is a tank. It was a very rough install (first time i ever installed a mb) with lots of banging and bashing, yet everything is till working just as it should. BIOS is pretty sick to look at and easy to use. Pins for additional fans, USB, and a number of GPU add on positions.
