Gin’s character is relatable on so many levels, she’s a beautiful disaster much like myself. Gin feels tremendous guilt and unworthy of more than numbing her pain with cigarettes and alcohol. Through the kindness of perfect strangers in an unknown small town she stumbled upon, Gin learns she is a human worthy of love and has so much to offer once shown her self sabotage doesn’t stand a chance with the love and patience of her knight Roman.
Olivia Owen has brought her characters to life effortlessly showing unique personalities from diverse backgrounds. Aside from romance and all the sexy stuff that may lead you to pick up a book of this nature this book has culture!
I find myself missing the characters Olivia Owen has created, wondering where they are now and where they will go. I searched for more books from this author and was amazed to find out this is her debut book.
I found romance in quarantine through Gin’s Tonic and somehow don’t feel so alone.
I really loved this book. The characters were well put together but not perfect, human. I loved the town and the movement of the book. Then I found out this was the authors first book? We need more please. The characters became friends.
