Nice set of heat tubing with glue inside to help keep the moisture out for marine use. Wished it brought MORE of the larger ones than so many that I have no use for of them little ones. Had to purchase more due to small amount of the larger ones to cover over the butt connectors.

These are fantastic heat shrink tubes that are used to seal your soldered wire to wire connections.
I’m using this to connect marine grade 12 awg wires on a rig to external LED light bars and accessories. Since they’re an assortment of sizes, there’s one bound to fit anything 8 gauge and smaller.

In my application, I wanted a secure, water resistant, and moisture tight connection between 2 wires. I basically cut the correct shrink tube into size, soldered, and applied heat to the shrink tube. You can actually see the adhesive bond with the wire shielding.

Not that I’ve submerged the connection into water, but I feel more comforting about having this connection exposed to the elements.

They’re just like regular heat shrinks, but with adhesive to bond to the wire jackets. Get some.

I watched a number of Youtube Videos and was able to use metal chopsticks I had to stretch this out to fit over the end of the MacBook cable. It shrunk perfectly and is super secure. It is stiffer than I expected (I'm no expert), but I'm glad I did it. The whole box is cheaper than sugru, and has better reviews. Unless you're an electrician, you'll use 1-2 pieces and put the rest in your tool/junk box.

Aside from some of the tubes cracking when heated, pretty good. Do a lot of electrical work where I use a lot of heat shrink tubing, so I’m not an amateur when it comes to using this stuff. The ones that don’t crack do very well. Good variety. Not long tubes, maybe 1.5” or 2” max, but a good length.

It shrinks great. The glue lining helps to make sure it adheres well after shrinking, but it becomes rather stiff and inflexible. Doesn’t work well in a spot where you want the repaired wire to bend. Alternatively cut the tubing to be shorter before shrinking.

Working on automobiles, atvs, tractors,and various equipment I had always bought shrink wrap local and always ended up with very little of the size I actually needed and overpaid for it. I ordered this kit when I got it in my hands I was so happy to see it was exactly what I expected. It has plenty of the most common sizes in it. Put it to work immediately on a utv repairing computer wiring. It shrinks right up to size without tearing apart.
