Long music play time (up to 16 hours).
Bluetooth Headphones Transmitter Set can be taken apart use, the Z702 headset can be connected to an iPad/phone, and the transmitter can be connected to other Bluetooth headsets/speakers.

Simple Steps to Set Up BTWH-Z702 on PS4:

Go Settings->Devices->Audio Devices->click the check box of "Switch Output Device Automatically" to uncheck.C
lick the "Output Device", select "USB Headset".
Go back to the Audio Devices menu, you can see the "Output device" shows "USB headset".
For voice chat need, there will be another step to insert another one MINI Mic to controller’s aux port. The “Input Device” will show as “Headset connected to Controller”.

BEWARE-DOES NOT PAIR WITH PS4 (device unsupported on PS4)

False advertising if this product is unprofessional. This item IS NOT SUPPORTED ON THE PS4. I felt the advertise intentionally misleads people into thinking this device will work on the PS4 but I can tell u that it does not work on the PS4. They claim 'plug & play' yet after charging the wireless earbuds for 2 hrs, there was no plug & play time, just frustrated troubleshooting time. I connected the transmitter to the PS4, connected the mini mic into the controller, I then opened up the Bluetooth setting in the PS4 so I could pair the device. The PS4 sees both the GAMEKIT audio transmitter as well as the wireless earbuds (Z702) but when I attempted to pair the earbuds the PS4 asked if I would like to register this device. When I said 'yes', an error msg displayed "this audio device is not supported on the PS4". Then when I tried to pair the audio transmitter, it simply would not pair & gave an error msg "can not connect bluetooth device within time limit"?! Thus, after wasting hours trying to get the headset paired with the PS4, no such possibility as this device is not supported on the PS4 apparently. Returning displeased & unsatisfied due to the false advertisement.

what do like:
Overall great headphones for the price. I.was impressed with the sound quality and battery life. I use this for video conference calls and general computer (non-game) sound. I use it for 4-5 hours at a time and it hasn’t run out if charge yet. I plug it in every night.

I cannot use bluetooth on the laptop but, I plugged the tx/rx into the USB port and the headset paired instantly. sound is nice enough to listen to music.

What I don’t like:
Microphone doesn’t work at all, even with the tiny mic jack plug. So, i just use the laptop mic and it works fine. I just have to be at my laptop in order to speak.

I don’t like the stiff around-the-neck form factor. i find it uncomfortable and annoying. When i’m not using it, i hang it around my neck but, the earbuds hang so low that i get them caught on things when i move around.

Use caution. I have had this headset for barely 6 months, and it just went dead. It doesn't pair to the adapter anymore. For $50 dollars, you would think this would be a higher quality headset. The microphone is also very soft, with no way of adjusting. I was fine with that and just spoke louder when gaming. But it's dead now, no use in using it anymore. Good luck to anyone else who gets it.

Update July 2020:
After contacting the company in regards to a warranty, they offered to refund me the cost the headset, and a replace. They kept in contact and followed up every step of the way. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to question it or get in contact with the company! I would definitely purchase from the company again because of their customer service!

Have it a low rating because microphone didn’t not work well. I had to hold the mic right in front of my mouth for people to hear me in meetings and to dictate to the computer speech to text. Everything else was ok. Range from Bluetooth device was limited not very far. How can I ignore my Zoom meeting if I can’t move more than 10 feet from the computer?

I can hear perfectly, but on calls I'm told my voice is so quiet it's almost impossible to hear. Oh well. Fine for watching a training or meeting that I don't need to participate in.
