I have the smaller liners, and some of the larger pads with the inserts.
They work great for bladder control issues...light to light/moderate, anyway. I don't know if I would recommend them for heavier bladder control.
They snap onto underwear and absorb moisture for a long time. I often wear the smaller liners around the house and then wear the larger pads when I go out. Regular paper and plastic bladder control products used to give me horrible rashes, yet I didn't like leaving the house without SOME kind of protection.
Well, these pads do the trick.
After use, I put them in a mesh bag (like the kind onions come in) and when it's time to wash up a batch, I knot the bag and wash with underwear (no bleach). They absorb better if they're left out to dry (flatten and let dry on a towel hung over the shower) and without fabric softener.
Really, I can't say enough good things about these pads, and I'm just sorry I never knew about them when I was wasting money on paper sanitary napkins, not to mention adding trash to the environment.
I didn't give 5 stars because these can be picky about what kind of laundry detergent that you use. You really need something strong but natural to get the best use out of them!
They really are amazing. This was the first brand I tried and I would buy more, but probably only if I could get them cheaper (I paid about $7/each for them....I found some other ones online for about $5/each and that seems more reasonable to me). I am, however, thinking about investing in some of this brand for postpartum use.
I do wish they were a teensy bit longer...I am average size and these just seem a bit short to me. The length and cost is the reason I didn't give this product 5 stars.
I'll tell you what happened. They arrived. They went in the laundry (I follow garment directions - too many laundry mishaps make me a cautious gal). I snapped one on the undies and went about my business.
Very comfortable and I have no "slippage" issues as mentioned in a couple of reviews here. They do what I want them to do, the little darlings.
They launder great, they feel great, I feel great and dang it all - I AM GREAT!

very comfortable for daily use. The size was just fitting for me. (not too beg)Published 10 days ago by Masako K.
Shrank to a teeny tiny unusable size -- after cold water wash!
I'm afraid to take them out of the dryer. Read more
I like them. They are easy to make with a sewing machine and I like the ones I made a little better, but these were a quick addition to what I already have.Published 6 months ago by Cameo
I would agree these could be bigger, but even more of a problem for me is that they don't stay in place. The one button in the middle doesn't do much for keeping it in place. Read morePublished 7 months ago by J. Brown
Great small size just like a disposable panty liner, but a little thicker than the ones I use to use. This is a great size for me. Read morePublished 8 months ago by Provience
I love them but they are very small panty liners. It would be nice if they were a little longer in length.Published 10 months ago by Regina
