I ordered 2 boxes of these cages and it’s been my worst purchase. I took the first one out of the pile they arrived in, and it broke. I carefully took out the second one and as I was pulling the cage apart to make room to insert my small tomato plant, it also broke. This has happened to every single cage I’ve handled so far 6 of the ten that I’ve attempted to use. My fingers are covered in soil as I write this disappointing review as I wanted to warn the buying community that these cages are 100% defective. The welding is not at all sufficient. It’s so easily broken that I think a squirrel could bump up against it and break the joint. Seriously, there is no way that this product should have passed inspection at point of manufacturing, let alone at the time of packing for my order. Complete waste of money and time, which frustrates me more than the money honestly. Even if these were on sale for .10 cents each, don’t fall for it. Also, I gave this 1 star only because 0 was not an option.

I needed sturdy tomato cages and I love this style. But a few of them arrived bent, or broken. Some of the welded connections were popped loose, and some of the wiring was a bit bent.
The box they shipped in was perfect size, and undamaged - it looks like the damage must have happened before they were packed in the box for shipping.
The non-damaged ones will work great, and the damaged ones will work out ok if I strategically use them.

These arrived quickly. In both orders, there was rust (oxidation?) On some of the cages. For the price they seem a bit lighter than I expected, but are probably what was described. On the second batch, we had the welds break on some of the rings while installing the cages. I'm not sure "welds" is the right word. It's not apparent how the rings are attached to the legs. I won't be returning them. We'll see how they do. At least they should keep the plants from escaping 😂.

Perfect for bell and jalapeño peppers (all I’ve tried so far). Would not work for tomatoes because they are not tall enough and not strong enough. I see that the price has gone up 60% since I bought them, so I probably won’t buy them again.
