It says new but I got mine in a plastic ziploc bag exactly as is in picture I've ordered from this brand before and it always comes sealed with a label inside stating how much of each is inside well not this time ziplock bag and no seal definitely used I was gonna recount to see if all came but 700 pieces is alot

These do not respond well to the "d" shaped crimping tools that are so prevalent. I managed to make a few crimps work with some "hex" crimping dies meant for various coax shield and center pin use. I have the IWISS SN-025 crimp tool on the way so I can do it properly. You should look for the right tool, too, so you dont mangle contacts, break wires, and get frustrated.
