Worked good. Make sure you put some thread sealant. You can only use one side port for an accessory. There’s no room because of the water pump pipe and the PCV box on the block. This was for a 96 civic ex oil pressure gauge connection.

Cross holes too close to the male thread

Bought a glow shift oil pressure sensor and this adaptor. With the adaptor installed, they're isn't enough clearance to install the sending unit. If the holes were on the outboard side it would fit.
